Melksham Cultural Events Plan

Bricks have been commissioned to support the bustling town of Melksham to develop a cultural strategy.

The town has a rich programme of events and a community that is passionate about the town. Our role is to create a strategy that draws on this fantastic programme and creates a long term strategy that engages even more people, with a range of cultural activities that meet local demand.

Bricks were appointed to undertake a significant consultation with local people and businesses to draw out what people might want Melksham to be like in the future and ultimately, make it an even more special place to live, work and play.

Accompanying the consultation, Bricks will work with a local creative to deliver a Melksham focused new event and prepare the cultural strategy for how future programming could work for the town; drawn up with local people as a new programming team.
