Breast feeding support group hosted in our cosy living room, with young parents who want to connect and meet each other. There’s free hot drinks, books, games, and, soft furnishings to put your feet up and relax.

Develop strength through learning classic weightlifting exercises, drawing from powerlifting (squat, bench and deadlift), olympic weightlifting (snatch, clean and jerk) and the "forgotten" lifts of the 19th century strongmen and strongwomen (bent press, pullover, getup etc.).
