Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Come and join us for a playful and energising flow with plenty of optional modifications, making it suitable for all levels.
The class will begin with some breath-work or seated meditation, working into a gentle yet invigorating flow, hopefully followed by some balances, and a relaxing Savasana to finish.
Please bring your own mat.
