Riah King Wall

Riah joined Bricks in October 2021, as Public Art Producer while Kerrie Burke-Avery is on maternity leave. 

Before joining Bricks, Riah worked as the Strategic Lead, Creative Industry and Arts with an economic development agency in Aotearoa New Zealand. Her background spans diverse roles across public art management, cultural policy, community arts, public programming, event production, curation and education in local authorities and museums. She held a two-year position on the board of Museums Aotearoa, New Zealand’s national museum sector organisation, and has developed and overseen award-winning public art events.

Riah is concurrently working on a PhD in Public Art at the University of Leeds. She also holds a Masters in Museum and Heritage Studies, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Hons).
