Lucy is a local Yoga facilitator based in St.Anne’s.
Her classes aim to offer a safe and welcoming space for people to move and breathe together, with the aim to feel refreshed and revitalised after each class.
She aims to offer creative, energising and yet inclusive Yoga classes for all to enjoy. Expect a few challenges but also know that you will feel supported and held throughout.
Lucy has been a committed Yoga practitioner since 2011. Over the years, she delved deep into the Yoga community of Bristol and spent time in India exploring various different practices of Yoga.
She has completed 200 hours of teacher training (with the aim to undertake further training in the near future). She is forever looking to develop her skills and knowledge so she can help others along their Yoga journey!
Lucy is open to any suggestions from anyone at St.Anne’s house and is happy to facilitate for people depending on their needs (whether this be a restorative class, a strength building class or perhaps a class tailored for cyclists – she’s open to any ideas!)
