Top floor workspace

Looking for an airy and spacious work environment for your organisation to call home?

St Anne’s House (SAH) is opening up a large top floor space for rental and we are inviting proposals for use of the space – bring your community to our community.

Deadline for proposals: 28 Oct

About

The top floor room, in the heart of our creative and community hub is one of our favourites, with windows overlooking the tree canopy to Troopers Hill.

It is rare for us to have a large room like this available, and we are excited to hear about ideas for the future of the space.

We think it could become a HQ for a charity, it could be home to an organisation that hosts public activities, it could bring together collectives and organisations, or it could be something completely unique and different.

Dimensions

11m x 8m (88sqm)

36ft x 26ft (936sqft)

Price

The prospective tenant proposals will be assessed on both the rent payable, social value of the use, and how it will contribute to the diversity of use as part of the wider creative and community hub of St Anne’s House.

Join in decision making

An aspect of our mission is to provide a space to make new things happen, test ideas and collaborate as a community. We always want to hear ideas from those who wish to get involved and self organise things for the tenants and community of St Annes.
