JarSquad Assembly hosted three sessions where they worked together to use locally sourced abundance (aka surplus fruit & veg) to create tasty jams and preserves. They traded using JarSquad Exchange Rate – turning your time into communally produced things like pickles, chutney, jam or ferments.
