What to expect when arriving

We want all to feel comfortable when arriving to the building so here’s a sneak-peak of what to expect.

You will turn off St Anne’s Rd and onto Chapel Way

St Anne’s House will be on the right, walk through the carpark till you see a pavement in the middle of the carpark, then turn left towards to entrance door.

If you are visiting for an event, activity or for our community living room (open Thursday 10am – 5pm) there will be a front of house member of staff in the foyer who will let you into the building. Other days you will need to ring Bricks’ or whoever you’re visiting to be let in. You will find our number on the door (see photo below)

You will see an INFO POINT in the foyer, where you can wait to be met or be shown into the building by the front of house member.

From here you will see signage on the central stairwell to help guide you to the correct location. If there are any questions ask a member of staff for guidance.
