Hire Rooms at St Anne’s House

Do you need a space to host your meetings, activities or events?

St Anne’s House has a number of rooms available for hourly, daily or longer hires for you to rent for your project.

Check out more infomation on the rooms below and get in touch to arrange a viewing. Sometime other spaces are available in the building – so its always worth getting in touch to see if we can accomodate.

BLUE ROOM

This bright, airy room on the 2nd floor of St Annes House with panoramic views of Troopers Hill and the surrounding area is perfect for workshops, classes and informal social gatherings.

Capacity: 30 – 40
Price:  £20/ph + VAT 8am – 5pm
Monday – Friday, £25/ph +VAT all other times

Day Rate (8 hours) £140 + VAT

Half day rate (4 hours) £70 + VAT

Weekend Day Rate (8 hours) £190 + VAT
Weekend Half Day Rate (4 hours) £90 + VAT

RED ROOM

This ground floor events room is a versatile large space that can accommodate anything from a film screening to a dinner event to a theatre rehearsal.

Capacity: 30 – 40
Price: £20/ph + VAT 8am – 5pm
Monday – Friday, £25/ph +VAT all other times

We also offer more bespoke packages including multiple room hires, outside events/ space, film, festival location opportunities & exhibition/ gallery space with catering.
