St Anne’s House (SAH) provides independent, creative studio spaces located across our second and third floors, with a fully equipped shared kitchenette and social area. The studios offer a spacious and collaborative creative experience, whether you’re needing a vibrant environment or a quiet private atmosphere, we can help find your ideal solution.

High speed wifi, painter’s sinks, communal kitchenette, social seating area, free parking, bike racks, dog-friendly, shower facilities and hireable rooms for group meetings, events, and workshops.
When will you have access to use your space?
You will have 24 hour access
Enjoy on-site activities and socials
Bristol Cooperative Gym, take part in the on-site community gym and their various exercise classes (pay-what-you-can)
Vinyasa Flow Yoga, join in on these weekly run sessions in our red room (discounted rates for tenants)
Monthly tenant-led socials, socialise regularly with others working from the space
Share your space with a variety of interesting and creative individuals
Home to artists, writers, photographers, graphic designers, theatre producers, sustainably led-organisations, food producers, therapists, holistic masseurs, and more; SAH is the perfect place to meet like-minded and creative people.
Regular art programme and community events
Be the in the know around the regular programming happening at SAH and the wider Bristol network. Including art projects and exhibitions, regular social activities and one-off events.
Join in decision making
An aspect of our mission is to provide a space to make news things happen, test ideas and collaborate as a community. We always want to hear ideas from those who wish to get involved and self-organise things for the tenants and community of St Annes.
What is the contract?
Three months, then one month rolling
Deposit (full months rent + service charge)
You will be inducted to use the building for 24/7 access

Proceeds from workspace are reinvested in St Anne’s House, to achieve our charitable goals and the future vision for the building.
St Anne’s House is run by Bricks, a Bristol-based charity working with creative, local and social enterprise communities in and around the South West.
